I joined the gym when they opened up this year and I've never been so satisfied with a workout before. Running or working out on a cardio machine were always the toughest part of belonging to my other gym (It rhymes with Cally's and I no longer belong there...thank goodness). Club KO's workout mixes it up and the instructors always keep it interesting and motivating so I don't have to think about anything. Before I know it I'm done and I've had an amazing workout. If you think running on a treadmill or going to the gym are boring and are looking for something different to get in shape and relieve some stress, then I think this workout is SO FOR YOU!!! I know it was for me! I'm so glad that I joined! I never thought that I would have liked kickboxing so much!
