Horrible Customer Service 10/20/2008

I have neve been treated so rudely by someone! I spoke with Stephanie who claimed she was the owner of the company and she was so rude and not accomdating---she actually hung up on me when I asked about a refund!! I WILL NEVER USE THIS SERVICE AGAIN!!! more
