I would not give them one star if I could. The staff is ok. Typically a long wait even for an appointment. They told me that I needed to get antibiotics for my gum so I did. They also told me to use mouthwash and floss more, which I did, along with a new method of brushing. When I came back for a check up, they told me that I needed more antibiotics. I refused to get anymore because if it's going to cost me another $1,500 for something that's not going to work, it isn't worth it. I also found that a friend of mine and his mom was going to the same place. They were told the same thing. Get antibiotics for their gum for $1,500. He said they both got it and when they went back for check up. They were told that they needed more antibiotics.. My friend refused and after i found out about his experiences, I would never go back.. I highly recommend NOT going to this place unless you want to get cheated.. more

NEVER GO HERE! THE STAFF ARE RUDE, THE DENTIST WILL SAY YOU NEED SOME EXPENSIVE OUT OF POCKET WORK DONE AND THEN WHEN YOU SAY YOU DONT WANT THAT WORK DONE THAT YOU WILL JUST GO WITH WHAT YOUR INSURANCE WILL COVER, HE DOES A HALF A$$ JOB ON YOUR TEETH. NEVER GO HERE, THEY ARE A CORP. AND TREAT YOU AS A NUMBER AND NOT A PATIENT. more

I have never had a great dental experience anywhere in town until I became a patient at Clovis Dental. The Dr. and staff made me feel so comforable I am now referreing all of my friends and family there! I am so glad I now have a dentist who cares about me. Way to go Clovis Dental! more

My three children and I went to this dental office as the location was very convenient. That is the only thing positive I can say about this place. If you go, expect to make appointments only to have them go missing, expect to sit in the waiting room for over an hour (even when no one else is there) and expect extremely rude staff members. This is the least professional dental office I have ever experienced (on one appointment, they left my son sitting in the dental chair ... to the point the numbness wore off ...so the staff members could enjoy a birthday party.) Early for appointments? Don't bother here because you'll be waiting for 1-2 hours, every time. Try them on the phone, my last and final wait was 15 minutes just so I could tell them why they'd never see me again! Pros: Dentist & hygenist are good Cons: Office personnel's attitute more

took my daughter in for a check up, waited 2+ hours after appointment time, finally had to leave to pick up other kid. Received bill for service...called and left message that my daughter was not seen, received another bill with interest/late charges. Called again, received bill from collection company.
