John has taken great care of Roger's car over the years. Most recently, he found a buyer for this car, and I was able to sell it after my husband's passing. more

I have used Cloverdale Service Center for many years and I have never had a bad experience. Professional, courteous, Christian - one would be hard pressed to find a better service station or more knowledgeable mechanics. more

R&B 9/10/2015

Again (like a broken record player) these guys are great! Helpful, courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and quick. Brought the car in for R&B on the tires and had barely walked home before the call came that the car was finished. Great "neighbors" HOWEVER - and I have discussed this with John - it would make a HUGE WORLD of DIFFERENCE if, after handling the wheels, the guys would wipe down the rims. It would make the car look better, and fresh, and wouldn't take much time. It would make this customer feel really "cared for" that someone had taken that moment to make me smile. Sometimes it is the little things. Wiping on some tire shine might be gilding the lily, but I would think I was getting new tires and think that these guys are even better than they already are. more

Efficient service. Reasonable costs. I like the way the employees call back, and let the customer know what to expect. An added benefit is that the customer can dine at Dirk's, across the street, while they wait. I also meet a lot of repeat customers . more
