I stayed at the Econo Lodge on Governor Printz Blvd for over night on 05/29/10-05/30/10. It offers a free airport shuttle every 20 mins. and a Continental Breakfast that was good.
It consisted of muffins, yogurt, cereal, fruit, sausage and coffee and juice...not bad for a continental breakfast.
The room was spotless, the decor isn't the best unless you like the old gaudy hotel room look. The furniture badly needs to be replaced. The mattress was comfortable, and when I looked at the mattress under the sheets it looked new and so did the pillows .
What was totally awful was check-in and check-out, the woman at the front desk (same woman on arrival and departure) was so rude. I can not believe how mean she was to me and the customers before me in line. She actually mocked the couple ahead of me...she snapped at me when I asked a question about the shuttles schedule. I will never stay at this hotel again because of this.
I give this hotel 3 stars for cleanliness and the comfy mattress.

Better Service at the front desk and the rooms are spotless. The front desk has new employees so check-in and check-out is a lot better. So is Customer Service!!
The rooms have all new mattress/box springs maintenance worker's were installing each room w/new beds during my stay. I give 4 stars now for the service, cleanliness of the rooms and the ""New"" comfortable mattresses and pillows. Things like that matter so if they keep up with mattresses, pillows and keeping the rooms clean what more could I want? Well the Continental Breakfast has changed...they shouldn't even bother anymore. If you read my review above the breakfast was excellent! but this last stay it has nothing but bread, small muffin's, (old looking) sausage that smelled weird along with overly ripened bruised bananas....they shouldn't offer a free continental breakfast anymore it's embarrassing.
If breakfast doesn't matter to you just a clean room and good customer service I recommend staying here.
I'll be staying here again for the price.
