Clothesline

I have over 70 pairs of jeans and at least that many pairs of shoes because I shop almost constantly. But to keep up with the new styles I sometimes make up a box of my older stuff and take it to the Clothesline. They take a look at your stuff and give you cash immediately if they like it. Then, you can take the cash and go buy more shoes. It is right by UNCG too so it is convenient. more

The Clothesline is the hands down BEST place in town to either sell or consign your gently used items or to find something fun and different. Mary, the owner is absolutely amazing and she makes the store unique and interesting. There is always new stuff and it usually takes me at least half an hour just to look through everything. Some of the jewelry is one of a kind, estate, fun 80's styles, and handmade by local artisians. She has a vintage section with dresses, shirts and coats from the way past eras. There is always a dollar rack outside that sponsors an animal charity. If you are looking for a great deal, fun conversation, a feeling of being welcomed, and a fun time looking....go to the Clothesline! Tell mary that Tracey sent you. more
