When I walked in this store I was like wow. It is clean organized and had a welcoming vibe. The employees and store owner are very welcoming and help you when you shop they have great customer service skills. This store has a lot of upscale designers they carry suits formal wear informal casual and purses clutchs and jewlery for a resonable price. when i walked in this store i was like wow. It is clean, very organized and great employees with good customer service. It had a warm welcoming vibe which i thought was very good, this store carrying womens clothing that has been barely used. Its not clothes you would put into a garage sale. These clothes are high end clothing that is like brand new but not bought at the high end retail price, this store has alot of clothes that range from informal, formal, casual, purses and clutches. They have a wide variety and a new designer from france that has an amazing taste they are like the next betsey johnson from another perspective but much more very creative. The store owner and Employees know whats fashionable and whats not. call first because its really hard to find it is hidden thats why they call it the best kept secret in lake mary for 29 years. The best consignment boutique at the most reasonable prices i have ever seen. the boutique is clean and organized. The Owner is most personable, most helpful, most pleasant, and most important has a GREAT eye for fashion. she know's her business and is very professional. I am going to keep going back -the service and merchandise offered is uncomparable. Pros: great service, prices & advise you cant beat Cons: IT is a little Hidden in a plaza, so you might need to call for directions. but once you know where its at no problems from there. more
