THE WORST BUSINESS I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED! 6/8/2009

These people are USELESS. Tried to have them fix my cloest, which they built, and they were completely unresponsive. I must have called them over a dozen times, and been told they'll call me back 10 times (which they NEVER did), before Debbie finally scheduled someone to come out to my apartment. And then they never showed up! Call them again, and they gave me the same run around. USELESS! I agree with Rob L. - I would not give them any stars if this rating system would allow. more

DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES!!! 4/15/2009

I contracted the closet factory to install a pantry for my office. . . the pantry is already broken! They never came back to fix the details they promised they would. They call only two days before to reschedule a service because people are going to be out sick. (HOW DO YOU KNOW THAT PEOPLE ARE GOING TO BE OUT SICK??!) And they aren't even apologetic about it- they just call up and say I'm moving this . .. not I'm so sorry, there's been a mix up what day would work for you . . . Cons: The pantry is only a month old and is already broken! more
