Called the day after Thanksgiving and they were to come out Monday. Called Monday and talked about the issue and Mr.Buchman made the diagnosis without a visit. I thought the diagnosis was right so he ordered the part that I had to pay for that day. $155.00. He said it would be two week and called me in one week to tell me it was in. Very excited. BUT, we were told someone would probably call or be out on that day. No call so show that day. The next day I called and he was sorry he had been to his lawyers office, an appointment he forgot he had. He than said he would be out on Friday morning between 10 and 12. My son stayed home, he was outside working on a car with a fire pit going because it was so cold. Mr. Buchman never showed up. When I came home at 3 there was a message on the phone from Mr. Buchman wanting to know what intersection i was off of. I called the office and was told by Mr. Buchman's wife that someone stopped at the house and no one answered the door. When I called back I was told No one answered the phone which meant no one was home. I then tried to reschedule, yes I was angry at this point and not happy. Mr. Buchman told me he would be here on Thursday the 17th of December at 8:00 am, at 8:26 I called and he was stuck in traffic on RT315. I was working that day from 9-2 and he knew I had to leave by 9. He didn't call, I had to call him. I then called back to say my son would be here. He called back and said he would credit my card for the $150. part he had to special order. I will see if that happens today. His wife had told me earlier in the week they were going to credit me. I really hope I was just a one in a million bad case, but I will not be able to recommend them to anyone.
