I know that usually only people who have not received adaquate service or products write reviews on these types of forums. It is because they have no where else to vent their frustration as well as warn others. I am a very easy going person who usually doesn't mind waiting a little longer or other problems that life sometimes throws at us. However, my visit to the Clinical Associates in Reisterstown completely upset me. I did my part by showing up on time with the required paperwork and insurance information only to have to wait for 2 HOURS in the waiting room and then only see the doctor for about five minutes. I even asked for my co-pay back because I didn't want to pay to wait. The request was denied because the doctor had seen me albeit for a few minutes. So if you value your time, and your money choose another doctor.
Cons: Unprofessional staff, excessive waiting periods, lack of courtesy etc..
