Climate Masters

I just arrived home after a nic trip to Aruba the weather was 88 and sunny every day .I was so cold when I got off the plane that I almost forgot that I had parked my car in the extended stay lot .I found my car brushed off the snow and ice and headed home .I jumped out of the car grabed my bags and went inside .The house was like 45 inside and I was going to die I had just left paradise to come home to a refrigirator .I checked the thermostat to see what the temp was that I had set it to and it was 70 but I had no heat .I checked the furnace nothing the filter was clear and it all looked ok .I went on line and found Climate Masters the lady was super nice and they had a tech at my home in two hours .A bird had feel from the chimmney and was stuck in my furnace he cleaned it out and the heat worked .I was very glad that he was honest and that he didnt try to sell me a part or something I was charged $.... for the call and he was on his way .I feel that the company was honest and did exactley what needed to be done for all my future furnace and heating cooling needs Climate Master is my company . more

My mom had her furnace replaced last week by Climate Masters and although I have no other furnace-replacing experiences to compare it to, I'd say things went great. I was not present when the salesman discussed the furnace to with mom, but she did tell me all the specifics of the conversation and after doing some research online, the furnace she got looks to be sized correctly for her house and she got a good price. I was around for the installation (which took about 6 hours!) because my mom had to work. The installers were really nice and explained what they were going to do and didn't seem to be bothered by some of my dumb questions. The work area looked like a small bomb had exploded after removal of the old system, but after the install was done, the area was left nice and clean. My mom came home just before the installers were done and went over the operation of the new thermostat they installed. Her new furnace has been running great for the last few days and my mom has expressed her happiness that everything went so well. An installation inspector came out a couple days after the installation to follow up with my mom to make sure everything was working well and he went over the thermostat operation again with her (she doesn't get along with technology, lol). So overall, Climate Masters did a great job and I'm glad my mom can keep warm for the rest of this winter. more
