I m not sure of the service Tech's name. He was excellent in every way. Arrived punctually, worked quickly and did a good job. He was friendly and helpful for questions that I had. Climate control has been serving my ac unit for 18 years.. Th first Trane unit had lasted 14 years. It was replaced last year with a similar Trane 5 ton unit. I will choose Climate Control for all my AC needs. I have only had one service call for repairs. that was 16 years ago. My unit worked perfectly with just the 2 services each year in spring and fall. WE had our heating system checked today BY technician "Omero". He did a very professional check on the system. When I went up the attic to see if he needed anything, I saw him spraying some liquid on some pipes and he advised me that he was checking for any leaks the system might have. He Tested with his meter the blower, senors and pressure valves in a very professional way. And when he was finished, he put everything back in place . I want to be sure that his employer recognizes him for the excellent and professional service he provided us. A very courteous individual.. more

I really can't remember the 2 names. But I hope you have the names because the 2 fellas that came to work on myAC were the most hardworking ,polite and efficient guys working up in my attic in all that heat. They came 2July & I was having allot of company for the 4th.. They sure saved my 4th. I am 84 & cannot really tolerate much heat. more

I will be calling to schedule an appointment this week of the May 14, 2018 for repair the capacitor. We do have warranty valid thru October 15, 2018. Omero Ramos did a great job cleaning and checking thoroughly. He did check indoor unit as well as the outdoor unit. I would like Omero Ramos to do the repair when the time comes. AS THE THE TECHNICIANS WHO HAVE SERVICED OUR UNITS I HAVE MIXED FEELING, SINCE WHEN YOU SEND TWO TECHS TO OUR HOME I OFTEN GET THE IMPRESSION THAT ONE OF THEM IS RECEIVING TRAINING WHILE SERVICING OUR THREE AIR CONDITIONERS AND HEAT PUMPS. TOO OFTEN THEY HAVE HAD TO RETURN SEVERAL TRIPS TILL THEY FINALLY DIAGNOSE THE PROBLEM. I OFTEN SEE THAT ALL THE TECH DO NOT HAVE THE SAME DIAGNOSTIC EQUIPMENT, AND BECAUSE OF THE LACK OF EQUIPMENT THEY OFTEN ARE NOT ABLE TO GIVE THE SAME QUALITY OF DIAGNOSTIC SERVICE. IF THE EMPLOYEES ARE TO GIVE THE BEST OF SERVICE THEY MUST BE GIVEN THE BEST OF EQUIPMENT, OTHERWISE A JOB THAT MIGHT TAKE AN HOUR OR TWO WINDS UP TAKE ALL DAY TO DIAGNOSE AND SOLVE THE PROBLEM AT HAND. MOSES: THANK YOU FOR COMING, BUT THE UNIT DOES NOT WANT TO TURN OFF AFTER REACHING THE DESIRED TEMPERATURE, AND THE ROOM DOES NOT FEEL WARM. WE DO NOT FEEL WARM AIR COMING OUT THE VENTS. WE HAD THE THERMOSTAT REPLACES A COUPLE OF WEEKS AGO,SO WE DO NOT KNOW IF ITS A THERMOSATE THAT THAT NEEDS TO BE RE SET PROPERLY OR REPLACES PLEASE THANK THE OTHER TECHNICIAN OF OUR PROBLEMS. The central air evaporator would freeze up and would not cool the first tech t/s the system and ordered an expansion valve Moses Zapata came and installed the valve . His work was very neat and clean , he checked out the system and said everything was fine. very well done more
