Climate Control Heating, Cooling, and Plumbing

Finding myself at home recovering from a medical event in Feb, I decided to get things done around the house. One on the list was an HVAC service, since I knew we had missed the annual servicing in ’12. I could not find the file for our regular HVAC people. After checking on the internet, I decided upon Climate Control Heating and Cooling, in Liberty, Mo. I set the service appointment and the technician came out and did a regular tune-up on the system. Upon leaving, Travis advised me that because he had cleaned the blower and that it had been very dirty, it would be making an extra loud sound because the blower would be pulling harder now that it no longer had dirt. However, he said, after a few days it will settle down. I’m not knowledgeable about motors and such so I thought nothing of it. Boy WAS it LOUD. It sounded like a jet engine. Scam Artists still exist. 2 technicians came out to 'service' our HVAC. They removed the wire from the Heat Speed Relay and plugged it into the wrong setting. Made our blower appear as if it were breaking....of course, they tried to sell me a new one! The blower and system were in fine condition when examined by 2 other professionals. more

Cory, the service tech at Climate Control, was great! He was very thorough, checked our concerns and provided two solutions to help our air quality. Give that guy a raise! more

The technician was professional. However, their services are very expensive. $90 to come to your house. That fee is not waiver or included in the cost of any repairs if you hire their company. I was charged $575 for a blower motor on my furnace. I have secured bids to do the same work for a total of $260-$350. You will be happy with their work. But you will pay more for them than for other places. more

I thought they were very unprofessional in customer care department,and hidden fees.I was not there,so they took advantage of my wife. more

Climate Control specializes in air-conditioning and heating. When we had our air-conditioning replaced they came and gave us a very fair bid. They were courteous and helpful. more

Climate Control offers heating and cooling installation and repair. Their staff is very professional, both the staff over the phone and the technicians who arrive for service. They arrive on time and prices are competitive. I have always trusted Climate Control with all of my heating and cooling needs and have not been disappointed. more
