I withdraw my last review... I have been coming here for a little under a year now and have thought highly of this company until today, the first time I have ever expressed concern for the quality of their work. I sent my car in to get the windows fixed bc they weren't working, got it back, worked, but the switch felt different and the window motor would keep going after I stopped pushing it, I brought this concern to the shop and Mark, the owner did not even consider any responsibility and was going to charge me to fix it again. He was very condescending and pompous. I have never been treated so disrespectfully by my mechanic. It is a simple issue that could have been dealt with professionally but he had to nail me into the ground first. I called back to express that I did not feel the problem was addressed, he yelled at me, said he was insulted that I could accuse him of such things, and then hung up on me..... Not professional, very very bad communication skills. Ryan, however is very friendly and professional. more

Ryan at Clifton Mercedes is always very friendly in person and on the phone. They have always been very open in diagnosing what was wrong with my car and fixed it quickly. I have a friend that owns a shop just a few blocks down that would give me discounts for their work, but I still chose Clifton over the others. I unfortunately had to go to the shop a lot more than I wanted to because my car is older, but I do love my car and will do what I need to keep the vehicle running good.
