Exactly what I've been looking for 10/14/2010

I've gone to these guys a couple times now, and I've been very impressed. Every time I've left paying a lot less than I had anticipated, and they talked me out of 2 fixes I thought I needed (and in the end they were right). This place is what a shop should be like (very friendly, trustworthy, and helpful) but so rarely is. And, being a UC student, the location is very convenient. more

Great shop! 3/21/2008

I've lived in this neighborhood most of my life, and I wouldn't trust any other of the local mechanics with my car like I trust these guys. They cost a little more, but I find the trust factor is worth it. One of the mechanics is blind (Maybe half blind? I didn't bother to ask). Despite his handicap, he really knows what he's doing, and is an awesome guy for it. Pros: Honest, friendly, reliable Cons: Costs a bit more than the rest more

Let me tell ou about a man named Jeb. Poor mountaineer barely kept is family fed. Out one day he was shooting at some food, and from the ground come the bubbling crude. Pros: Sweet! Cons: None! more
