Worst

I took my Honda to have it diagnosed and repaired. This guy removed the computer box for the transmission and replaced it with one that was not even the correct type for that car....

I took my Honda to have it diagnosed and repaired. This guy removed the computer box for the transmission and replaced it with one that was not even the correct type for that car. I contacted a computer seller, gave him the info on the box and he told me that the setup would not work for my car. I bought one from that seller and it fixed the car. Anyway, Cleveland Transmission charged me $280 dollars to do this. I know they knew the box was wrong. Come on, they do this for a living!!! He had an extra box laying around, decided to put it in my car and charge me alot of money. PLEASE DONT USE SUCH DISHONEST PEOPLE LIKE CLEVELAND TRANSMISSION. more

Cleveland Transmission Service 2/18/2006

I used Cleveland Transmission Service when I was referred by a local mechanic. It seems I needed transmission work done, he didn't do that kind of work. Turns out not only does Cleveland Transmission Service do that kind of work, but they also sell you automobile parts if they have them or can get them and they also do miscellaneous auto repair. You can call and ask them what kind of repair they do if necessary. But I had my car within days, and i was so thankful. What I paid wasn't bad at all, and I thought I would be paying a lot more than what I did. I do recommend Cleveland Transmission Service for all your car repair needs. more
