Cleveland Costume serves the community pretty well. Prices are average, but yes, they are open year round instead of just seasonally. Customer service varies (some old time employees and some high school kids too) They really do have a great selection - not just costumes, they also have novelties and accessories. I recommend. more

Not just for Halloween 9/10/2005

This is a great place for virtually any kind of costume and not just for halloween. The wonderful thing is that it is open year around, not just seasonally like some costume places. Its worth checking out! more
