I recently ran out of toner for my Ricoh color printer. This is not toner that I could just run to Staples and get, so I called Carl Hughes of Cleveland Business Machines. (We were not an existing customer.) Within minutes, Peggy from the office gave me a call to set up an account. Within an hour, they delivered the toner that I needed. The owner even matched the price that I had found on the Internet. I would highly recommend this team. more
