Mr Good T, As the owner of Clermont County Equipment, this is the first I have heard of a used for new scam. This would never happen at one of our stores and I wish you would have called the main store in Milford if you had a problem with your equipment. If a situation of this manner was ever brought to our attention, the situation would be handled from within the store. I am truly sorry if something of this nature happened. We have not been in business since 1968 to ever have a unhappy customer. I would appreciate a call at our Milford store to get more information concerning this matter. Thank you more

Not my kind of customer service! 7/5/2011

I was looking for a tire to replace one on my lawn cart. I came in twice. First I told the sales person I needed one with a 3/4"" bore. He measured it and said it was 3/4. When I got home, it did not fit. I took it back. They gave me my money back; however when I asked him to order the correct tire, he acted indifferent. After a cursory look in his catalog, he said they could not order it without a skew number or brand. The brand was on the tire and everything needed to order the right tire was right there. Smokers Welcome 9/17/2008

If you want to visit a business that has employees waiting on you w/ a cigarette hanging out of their mouth this is the place. Even happened when the owner was standing next to the employee.\r And for no extra charge the owner will give you a pompus attitude. more
