I would like to give a patient personal opinion of my experience in choosing Dr. Clements as my personal dentist. There are three things that come to mind as I type this and which I consider, at least to me, to be of utmost importance when I visit a dentist; in this case Dr. Clements.
First and foremost is putting a patient at ease upon arrival, of keeping them waiting too long, and once in the chair, to explain what is going to happen on that particular day concerning the patient. Dr. Clements’ staff does an excellent job in this department, and I must say that all of them are ALWAYS very pleasant and cordial! Next, of course, comes the dentist, and Dr. Clements’ approach is wonderful and always makes me feel comfortable in his presence (something I thought I’d never say or admit). Also I would like to mention the atmosphere each operating room gives off with an outstanding view of his backyard, which has been landscaped to enclose wildlife, such as various birdlife, squirrels and other outdoor creatures, which adds a very pleasant attitude to your visit and relaxes me, and I do enjoy the view! A beautiful sight to behold.
And finally, payment of services and here is where Dr. Clements’ staff comes into their own, being not only helpful, but going to the extreme; an approach I have never experienced before with any other dentist – and I’ve seen a few in my lifetime, as I’m 73 years of age, going on 40! Sharon not only explains the billing, but also goes out of her way to try and save you money in the process, as she did in my case. In all, I thing choosing Dr. Clements as your personal dentist will be an excellent choice in the long run, as it seems to me that everyone concerned in Dr. Clements’ office considers each patient as someone very special. After one visit, you will experience what I’m talking about. Give it a try and I just know you will not regret it.
