Dear Dr. Cipra,
I want to thank you and your staff for your professionalism and dedication to your clients and your work.
Before I came to your clinic I was faced with constant abscesses resulting from cracked teeth compounded with diabetes both conditions military service connected.
Since my dental damage was due from a helicopter crash during Desert Storm in 1991. I went to VA and they said they need to remove all my teeth except for 2 bottom as anchoring for the lower plate and implants on top.
When I was talking to the dentist I got very nervous, he said that he only did a couple of implants, basically he had little experience in dental implants. The other problem is that I would be without dentures for 6 months until all swelling had gone down. This meant I would not have any teeth for 6 months. I asked him about the two remaining teeth and all the abscesses. His response well you better hope they don’t get infected.
I asked him about the procedure. He said it would be all local anesthesia because it too much of hassle to acquire a surgical room.
That is when I came to Clear Choice. Dr. Cipra, you and your Staff listen to my fears, my anguish, and my desperation. You could see that I was at my wits end and I knew that if I didn’t something that the combination of the infections from the abscesses and my diabetes I was putting my health in severe jeopardy.
You talk to me as a patient and a person who was in pain, you levitated my fears, and you told me that we are going to get this under control get you healthy again and restore your smile. I could see the confidence, care and concern in your eyes. You covered every step of the procedure and insured me that I would not be awake during the process or will not remember and that day when I leave the clinic I will have a smile. Dr. Cipra, true to your word everything happen exactly how you explained it.
