Clearbrooke Apartments 5/26/2011

I have lived here heading toward 2 years and I find this a very nice place to live. The grounds are clean and well kept. My apartment is very nice, we have a key entry and the parking lot is well lit. , I have a nice balcony for chairs and outdoor plants. They have a nice outdoor pool with a pavilion, deck chairs and grills. The office staff is friendly and very helpful. I've always had any issues dealt with immediately. The neighbors are friendly, there are places for owners to take their pets, and it's close to restaurants and stores. It's nice here. more

think twice before renting here 5/20/2011

I have lived here for a year. Iam so unhappy cant wait to leave.The maintenance service is very poor. You will wait for days to get service. The security of the bldg. is down right scary. Our main door lock has been broken for months. You can use any key to enter the bldg. Not to mention the apt. door does not even have a deadbolt!!! I must say the office staff along with the property manager are some of the worst I have delt with. I hope this will help some of you out there. more

look somewhere else 9/25/2006

The landscaping for the buildings in the back could really use some attention & TLC. The walls are very thin, as we can hear tv & music from our surrounding neighbors. The noise from the neighbors upstairs is unbearable and we are getting no help from the leasing office. Look somewhere else or be sure to live on the 3rd floor.\r \r PROS: great location, fast maintenance\r CONS: thin walls and floors more
