Worst cable service! 9/12/2008

Just moved to a new apartment and had to use Clearbay as the cable provider because the apartment complex has some deal with this useless company. They came to install cable and left us with a receiver box that did not work, a remote that did not work and to top it off the access codes etc all did not match! When we called them to fix the problem they kept putting us through to different people , was on hold for more than 1/2 an hour! They would not send out a technician to fix their problem!They are useless , rude, and incompetent! Will never ever use them again!STAY AWAY !FAR AWAY FROM CLEARBAY! Cons: If you look up bad cable company in the dictionary you will come accross Clearbay! more

Absolutely terrible -- avoid! 7/25/2008

quite possibly the least helpful cable company ever. after three phone calls to cancel my account , i was still being billed three months later! incredible. their service was equally poor when i was a customer; channels were constantly fading out, with two of the promised channels not even received! do yourself a favor and sign up with DTV/Dish Network. Cons: customer service, quality, amount of channels received. more

this is the absolute worst cable service on the planet. There is no way to talk to a real person only an answering service. They had me stay home from work for 2 days and never showed during their window. The people who call you back are arrogant and rude. more

Worse service ever.. I can't even believe they are an actual business 5/30/2008

If I could give this company a 0 I would. Worse service.. if you try to contact them... they hand you of to someone else, and then on top of that . the people they refer you to , are terrible. The services are overpriced in comparison to market rates, and the quality is terrible. The internet services, are worse than dial up . I can not stress more than to stay away as far as possible from this company Cons: service, quality, value more
