NO HASSLES 4/23/2012

My experience here was excellent! Everything was done on time and I understood the whole procedure very clearly. Besides, the work done through my insurance, I had a few other things taken care of that I paid for out of pocket...it was very reasonable and although my car is a 2002, its looks great! There were no hassles and they were quite the gentlemen. I hope to not have to come back due to any misfortune, but I would definitely recommend them. more

Unethical Drive right past them to another shop 3/16/2012

They are horrible. They are not only rude and disrespectful, including the owner Chuck himself. If an owner acts that way then the staff will follow. If the people before me had filed complaints with the bar I never would have gone here. They lie about the repairs, they lie on their estimates. I cant say enough without sounding like a jaded bitchie woman, but it was that bad. Call AAA and ask for a referral. more

I had questions and concerns that they patiently took time to make sure I understood what was being done and reassured me that it would be done right; and it certainly was. They did a beautiful job. Wow! Check out all these happy customers. I was referred to Collision Center of Temecula by my insurance company and figured they would only refer their customers to reputable businesses so I went with one of their recommendations, I didn?t look online for reviews until after I?d had the work done. But I was so impressed with their service and work that I was curious what others comments were. I guess I wasn?t surprised to see numerous other satisfied customers who took the time to share their experience. It truly was a delightful experience. I would never think of going anywhere else. Integrity Is Hard To Find These Days 2/18/2012

Integrity is hard to find these days. That?s why I make a point to praise and recognize those I do find possessing it. For this reason, I want to acknowledge the folks at Collision Center of Temecula. I have been around awhile and, in my opinion, they have proven to be everything others have been raving about them. When I had an accident recently, I did extensive research before selecting a company to do the work. I was pleased to find that my selection, Collision Center of Temecula, had been a preferred vendor of my insurance company for years and came highly recommended. Everyone there, from the receptionist to the mechanics, was extremely courteous and helpful. The work was completed when they said it would be and the workmanship was extraordinary. I have already recommended CCoT to my friends and family. They transformed an initially unpleasant event into a rewarding experience. I've Had Work Done on 5 Cars 2/13/2012

I have taken in at least 5 personal and company vehicles for repair. The staff is extremely pleasant. They were right on time with completion of work and the workmanship was outstanding. They were professional, courteous, and they always followed up to make sure I was satisfied. I would not hesitate to recommend them. more

What a great job Collision Center of Temecula did on my car. I ?lost? the spoiler from my car and was upset as no-one could help me replace it at a reasonable price. When Collision Center tracked down a spoiler for me and attached it, I was thrilled. The work was done very quickly, the spoiler is not like the original but looks EVEN BETTER. The price could not be beaten. I love my car. Thanks to everyone at Collision Center of Temecula who made this such a great experience for me. more

Not worth the headache!!!! 1/24/2012

I can not beleive the amount of props giveth to this body shop. My experience was horrible. Not only having rude staff like the the owner himself of this place there body work was not to die, had I known how this place wasgoing to handle my experience I would have made a quick U TURN straight out through that front door! Take it what its worth but I have heard some stories on this place after my experience. Also I did notice the section my car was repaired had not looked right. So I took it to get checked at another shop to prove myself wrong & to my avail I was right, these so called professionals masked my repairs with out taking it apart for a nice professional paint job! Boy was I pissed and it also explains how quick they returned my car. That other body shop said if your vehicle was prepared like mine was it will peel in a mtter of time, Keep watch to your vehicle folks!!!!! more

Customer For Life 1/12/2012

This is my 2nd or 3rd time going here. I was originally referred by my insurance co. but have since changed to a different insurance company. Being accident prone, I keep coming back, lol. They were very gracious and helpful. We'd never think of going somewhere else. We are customers for life! more

Artists, Not just Mechanics 1/7/2012

The body work done was nice and tight. They are artists, not just mechanics. They brought me home and even picked me up. I am planning to go back for some small dings that I want to have taken care of. I would be VERY likely to recommend them to family and friends. more

This is the place to go! 10/4/2011

If you need auto body work, this is the place to go!!! Its always stressful getting into any kind of incident with your car, even if its just a fender bender....but it gives you a sigh of relief when you know the right place to go. The owner, Chuck, truly cares about each and every customer and he has put together a well trained team that is extremely professional, friendly, and courteous. They give you a fair, honest price and do first class work. I will recommend everyone I know to Collision Center of Temecula more

IMPRESSIVE! 10/3/2011

We were VERY impressed with everyone we dealt with...from the receptionist to the estimator and all the other personnel. We were referred by the Honda dealer. We got other estimates, but chose not to use them because we felt that Collision Center of Temecula would do the best job. The work was done timely and they did an outstanding job. We are very pleased and satisfied! more
