I had an appointment to get my hearing tested. I had to wait a long time in the waiting room before I even got to see anybody. The person was nice, but didn't know much about hear...

Rather impersonal 9/23/2005

Compared to a private audiologist, this is a rather impersonal place. They do volume, so they do probably have the best prices. But you feel like a number... I went here with my grandpa to help him look at hearing aids. more

advanced technology 9/6/2005

I went to get a pair of hearing aids at this store and I am impressed by their service. Firstly, they have advanced technology to check your ears and the staff there are expert and very knowledgeable. I also like the price which is competitive because they have price direct from manufacturer. Highly recommend. more

I have been checking around to make a decision on a hearing aid. I went to this lab and meet audiologist there. And they are very helpful, and knowledgeable. They help me select a hearing aid. And finally I got one with very high quality and I am very satisfied. The hearing aid helps me so much for my hearing. I appreciate the business with them. more
