Great Service with Clean the Air 6/16/2013

From the start, the dispatcher with Clean the Air was very nice and had a service technician out to my home in a very short time. The service technician, Archie K. found the problem quickly, but did not have the part. But he said he would get the part the next morning as soon as the shop opened. Which he did and was back in the morning like he had promised. He fixed the problem right away and also explained a few things about my a/c unit that I did not realize and I am glad I know now. All together Archie K. and the Clean the Air service was great and the price was very reasonable!!! more

Awesome HVAC company 5/10/2013

I had to replace my whole a/c system (downstairs) in my home.Out of four quotes I received from different companies Clear the Air impressed me the most, they are by far the most professional company. They made me feel like I was the only customer they had and I was top priority. Each step of the process was easy and made me feel comfortable. The pricing on the system and labor was the best one out of the four! Justin was a huge help and was the main reason I chose Clear the Air. Andrew and James where extremely respectful of my home and family and did a great job installing my system! more

Highly recomment Clear the Air 2/1/2013

James is a very professional technician, he was courteous and thorough during the annual inspection of my heating system. He explained what repairs were necessary and upgraded my service plan in an effort to save me money. I would highly recommend Clear the Air for A/C and Heating inspections and repairs. They are honest and service charges are reasonable. more

Looking Forward to Lower Bills 1/28/2013

Wonderful Customer Service 1/10/2013

Andrew T has been in to us a couple of times to service the HVAC unit. On his last visit he noticed that some damage had occured on the roof top unit. He explained in detail what damage was visible, made some suggestions and we discussed the necessary repairs. At no time did I feel uncomfortable or Pressured to sign anything. Andrew T portrays a wonderful manner about himself which puts him across as friendly and professional. Good Job Andrew... Would not have any issues in referring this company to others. A great experience with a great company! 12/4/2012

I called Clear the Air because my a/c went out Sunday afternoon. I needed them to come out after I was home from work. They put me on the schedule for 4:45pm yesterday. I didnt have to pay extra for Andrew to come out in the evening time which was great! Andrew was nice and friendly. He came in checked out the unit, determined what was wrong, explained to me what was wrong and how much it would cost to fix it. The rates were less than I thought, which was great! Andrew explained to me if I signed up for their Clear Advantage Membership I could get a heater check up in the Winter and a a/c check up in the Spring as well as a 15% discount on all repairs including the repairs last night. I am very happy with the work Andrew performed. My a/c is cooling much better now and we were all able to get a great nights sleep. I will refer all of my friends and family to Clear the Air! more

Andrew was fantastic. He arrived on time and did a thorough job, making sure to cover his boots when on the carpet. A replacement part was needed and he installed the new part the same day, fully explaining how much it would cost without pressure to get it done. He was even good with the family pet! more

Professional from begining to end. We had several estimate but went with Clear the Air because of how knowledgeable and courteous they were. Every team member we met was wonderful!!! I highly recommend them and will use them again but hopefully not for a long time (and I mean that in a good way). more

Heating and Air Conditioner Installation 9/29/2011

Clear the Air installed a Trane Air Condioner and heating system. They were prompt, professional, and did a great job. Tim Trout came out the following day and made sure everything was working correctly. I also had them put in new duct work in the attic. Overall, I am very pleased and would not hesitate to recommend Clear The Air. more

Tim came out and stayed the entire day trying to determine what went wrong with our air conditioning system. He then came back in the evening to discuss our options and prices and he stayed as long as we needed him. The entire Clear the Air Team was knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient. I highly recommend them and will use them again. more
