what can i say 11/1/2008

A month ago the district manager himself i think his name is muarad or something like that offered me to pay my activation fees and that T-Mobile is running a promotion of 5 lines everything unlimited for under 200 USD however i got a 689.23 bill, i can not belive T-Mobile employees such people liars and fraud. Do not go to any clearstream store they are a big gimic. Pros: good liars Cons: VERY GOOD LIARS more

FRAUD 10/28/2008

This company activated 2 lines under my name without me knowing, I went to the T-Mobile store on Military dr and pleasenton and they told me clearstream communications activated 2 lines under my name a month ago. without me knowing, I had filled out an application with them but never got phones from them. I had to file a fraud police report againest them and when i went to the store Mike the store manager told me TOO BAD and GOOD LUCK trying to get any thing done and asked me to leave the store. I hope T-Mobile does not have a lot of these store representing them. Pros: fraud Cons: fraud more

RIPOFF 10/16/2008

This company is a rip off stay away the so called owners Ash and Paul promised me to give me a DASH for free for my new contract plus pay my cancelation fee to switch from sprint to T-Mobile when i was at ingram park mall, they stoped me and kept on nagging me till i said fine do it, I STILL have no check nor my phone and now i am stuck with a crapy phone a sam t209 which is 4 years old they said it is just a loaner, lonar my A... they scam you and run, I CAN NOT BELIVE T-MOBILE IS REPRESENTED BY SUCH A COMPANY. Pros: NONE Cons: OWNER ARE LIERS AND THIVIES. EMPLOYEES ARE WORSE. more

clearstream communications a representive of T-Mobile USA Promised me $600 to cancel my lines 6 months ago and switch to shity T-Mobile service and shity Clearstream idiots, after 6 months of back and forth and after the owner himself PAUL i will forget that name promised me the money and said i will get it in 3-6 weeks i still have nothing, i called and talked to some shity english speaking girl named diwas at the office so called and promised me 1 week i will have my money and nothing happened, i canceled my T-Mobile service today and i am going to get an attorney and take care of clearstream. Pros: nothing Cons: theivies, liers, owner PAUL beware of him he is a huge lier. more

worst treatment 6/17/2008

I was at the store with my wife, when a weird looking guy looked like indian, who claimed he is the owner started harassing my wife and tried to hug her and when i got in his face he was so drunk the smell of liquor was too much, if the owner is a harasser i do not know how employees work for him that way. He was very close to getting a butt kicking from me if it was not for my wife backing me off, Over all worst company ever. more

THE SALES REPRESENTATIVE WAS VERY HONEST AND TOOK HIS TIME IN EXPLAINING EVERY DETAIL OF THE T-MOBILE NETWORK AND SERVICE...I'D DEFINATELY RECOMMEND MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS TO CLEARSTREAM!
