honest 10/7/2010

I purchased Xterra at CL Nissan for same reason I returned for service, polite, honest folks over there. I have purchased and serviced vehicles from other dealerships in past, there has been no other that make me feel as comfortable as CL Nissan. I will definitely return for both future purchases and service. Mike Rozzell in service was excellent. Honesty and professionalism go a long way more

Armando Medina is the best. Armando always greets me by name as I walk in the door, even when he's not expecting to see me. He answers my questions clearly, concisely, and honestly. I feel VERY comfortable asking him such an open question as "what service does my car need", and I know he won't name a bunch of things I don't really need just to run the bill up. more

Scotty our salesman and the sales manager who I believe his name was Tim were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and very pleasant to deal with, the finance manager was also extremely nice and very attentive to our concerns. I have always had such a wonderful experience at Clear Lake NIssan and will continue to be a loyal customer to Nissan. Thank you more

Everything was normal 8/6/2010

Everything was normal. They cleaned the car up a little bit which was probably not required. It was warranty job, changed the oil and a windshield wiper was broken and they replaced that but then they returned the car back. They cleaned it up, had it vacuumed out and washed which I thought was very nice. more

I loved the way the sales representative (Rene), as well as his sales manager (Bj) took the time to deal with my purchase. They were both very patient with me throughout the whole process. They helped me weight out the pros and cons on different models and years, hence helped me with the deciison process to complete my purchase. more
