I bought a 2005 Honda Accord from this dealership. This was my 3rd Honda vehicle. Three months later someone rear ended it. Took it to Honda of Clear Lake for repair. Long story short they returned the car to me with a completely mismatched bumper. After complaining they gave me part of the money back and said that is the best they can do. I still can't believe this. Two years later I'm still mad that the dealership couldn't do a quality repair on my vehicle. Never, ever buy a vehicle here and expect any type of follow up service. If you have an accident please don't take your vehicle to Honda of Clear Lake. more

I went to Clear Lake Honda to purchase a new Accord. They had the one I wanted in stock. Test drove the car, loved it, ready to purchase. I had a trade in that was worth just a little over $18,000 (Kelly Blue Book and NADA were both within a couple hundred dollars). They actually tried to offer me $11,000 for my trade in! I assumed they just made a mistake and looked at the wrong vehicle when they were doing the value lookup. They did the correct lookup, and it even showed $18,000 but they still stuck by the offer of $11,000! Thieves, stay away from this dealership at all costs! The salesmen find out what u qualify for and work very good with u from that point on. Pros: several vehicles to chosse from Cons: long way out if u live close to inner city of houston more

This dealership is really wonderful. The salespeople were not pushy (we'd found a quote on their website that they did not haggle with us further). Their service department is excellent. They are quick, and they have a very nice waiting area with computers, a kids's room, coffee, and television. No complaints at all here. more

The first salesman I talked to was rude and completely demeaning. He humiliated me. I almost walked out but was given another saleman. He lied to me about the warranty. I signed all the paperwork to buy a car, I was told the finance rate and when the payments were due. I drove the car for nine days and even had the windows tinted. I was told the car was mine and congratulated by the staff. The finance guy lied to me several times. He said the deal was done but he was just trying to get me a better finance rate. Nine days later I received a call saying it was never done. I ended up having to return the car. Avoid this place at all cost. I wish I could give it NO stars! Pros: can't think of any Cons: they lie, lie, lie more
