Clear Choice Custom LASIK Center

I had my lasix done a year ago and I love it. The doctors were awesome especially the pre op and post op doctor he asked me questions in a kind and concern way and he didn't rush me!!! I have recommend this place to many people and I will continue to!! more

The staff is very professional and kind. The facility is beautiful and modernly decorated. The nicest touch were the fresh flowers and unlimited fresh baked cookies put out every 10 minutes. :-) The surgery was only 7 minutes per eye. You're awake the whole time, but they numb your eyes. I could see everything right after! more

This place is awesome!! Great new building, smiling faces when you first walk in the door, as well as when you leaving. Waiting room is big and well organized, love the outside patio. I have been to other Lasik centers and this place is by far the best. Nothing but the best of interest for the patient. Very caring staff, my technician was Diana and she was so friendly and caring. She explained everything she was doing from step one to the end. I would recommend Clear Choice to everyone!! It is great to be able to wake up in the middle of the night and actually see the clock without grabbing for my glasses. more

This place sucks. All they care about is the $$$, not the patient. Some of the people are rude and disorganized. Unfortunately the rude people are more memorable than the kind ones. Called to verify appt set up at the Fair booth, which was to be free, they didn't know anything about that, they wanted to charge me $85. They previously did my eyes and screwed that up too. Man that answered the phone was very rudy and not at all helpful. Not even concerned that I would take my business elsewhere. Guess they don't need the money. more

I had to give Clear Choice a 3 simply because of one employee -- her name was January. Let me preface that all staff were fabulous and sweet and helpful.But she was rude and unprofessional. I am not a negative person but I wouldn't want anyone else to go there and have her -- just ask for someone else. Everyone else is very friendly and will walk you through the LASIK process, as it can be scary. I would certainly recommend the place, just not that employee. Thanks more

I recently had the pleasure of having my Lasik procedure performed by Clear Choice, and I couldn't be more pleased. The staff is excellent and the care I've received is worth 10 times what I paid. The whole focus of the practice is on you. Keeping you informed, comfortable and relaxed (free massages in the lobby - for you or your "driver"). Eye surgery is a little freaky, and elective surgery on your eyes can be a downright scary proposition. They had me feeling so confident about my decision to do this, that the only butterflies I had in my stomach on surgery day were from excitement. Oh, and don't let the "Death on the Highway" type video they show you as part of the informed consent procedure scare you too much. Be aware of the risks, but don't freak out. Check out their website for details and prices, and if you're considering the procedure, do yourself a favor and make an appointment for the free screening. It's very informative and you can see for yourself what a first class operation this is. more
