Satisfactory. 7/31/2013

We've only used Cleaners To Your Door once so far, but we'll be using them again. We manage an office building and used them to clean shade blinds. There were a good number of them--about 20. I had no complaints about the way they cleaned them; they came back in satisfactory condition. The only problem was on the pick up time. They had promised a certain time and were delayed by a few hours. I'm not sure if that was because of other jobs or traffic. So we've only had that one transaction. They're going to pick up more than 30 mini blinds this time and be cleaning them, so we'll see how that goes. more

Fast, friendly, great service 7/25/2013

Cleaners To Your Door repaired my blinds recently, but I've actually used them twice and was satisfied both times! They do things on the spot if they can, or at least on the same day. I also appreciate that you get a receipt via email about the work done. more

Wonderful job 7/2/2013

Cleaners to Your Door cleaned the aluminum Venetian blinds from the kitchen. They turned out beautiful. They did a wonderful job. They even replaced the cords, which we hadn't expected which was a wonderful addition. I would absolutely use them again in the future. Cleaners to Your Door did a great job. Cleaners to Your Door is worth recommending. They were very communicative and available. They let me know if they were running late and they always answer the phone when you call. The quality of their work is excellent and they are just nice people that care. more

Ruined an $800 set of drapes 6/16/2013

These guys ruined an $800 set of drapes for me. They apparently used a chemical that fused what looks like a latex backing on the drapes together, and the backing ripped when pulled back apart. This can't be the first time they have worked on such drapes... they list drapes as one of their specialties. Not only was the damage shown to me without a hint of an apology, but the rude attendant made me wait for another customer who came in AFTER I did, apparently because she realized she wasn't going to make money on me after all. These people have NO IDEA WHAT THEY ARE DOING. AVOID. Scott Moore more

When Cleaners To Your Door returned the blinds, they were 90 clean. They were late both times but they did call to tell me they were on their way and to apologize for being late. Their attitude was fine. more

I will never clean my blinds again! 5/30/2013

I will always have Cleaners To Your Door do it for me! They called to see if they could come early, which is nearly unheard of these days. They were prompt and efficient and cleaned all 7 of our blinds for an extremely reasonable price. Our living room window is huge with old mini-metal white blinds that now look new. The rest of the blinds in our home are 3" faux wood, also white in color. They even did a great job on the kitchen blinds which especially needed cleaning. Our house is now bright and beautiful and sparkly clean! Thank you Cleaners To Your Door...I'm so glad I found you! more

Was pleased with the level or response, engaged quickly to schedule a call. They were 2 hours late though, however they were curtious, productive/clean, fixed one blind and I asked them to have a look at another, which they fixed as well more

leather recliner renew 4/22/2013

outstanding job of my leather recliner looks like new once again,Prompt courteous service by this exceptional company they cleaners to your door pick it up and delivered it in record time and also fixed one of the legs that was broken for me this is not a service they do but they did for me . I have to give thanks to one of the company's owner her name is MOON for all she did for me and getting my recliner to its original luster! more

Excellent service, great experience 4/22/2013

Cleaners To Your Door arrived when they said they would. They cleaned our shutters. Our shutters are very old so they warned us that we might not be satisfied but we had them go ahead and do it. There were some problems because of the age of the shutters so they returned and repaired them on time. They are very pleasant to work with and we were very happy with them. more

The guy who came from Cleaners to Your Door was nice and pleasant. He came to clean my blinds, but did not bring sufficient protective coverings for the carpets and floors. I had to give him extra towels and paper. He wasn't able to get paint off the blinds, which was disappointing, but he did do a good job with cleaning other things. more

Cleaners To Your Door does excellent work for a very, very fair price. They are very diligent about keeping their appointments and come when they say they will. One time they were held up in traffic and called to inform me of the delay. They cleaned half of the drapes in my house on one occasion and finished cleaning the rest on another. There was a tear in one of the drapes, which they repaired at no extra charge. Again, they do excellent work for a fair price. more

Overall, they did a good job, but there are some things they need to do better on. 4/1/2013

Cleaners to Your Door are very nice people, but they're very hard to ahold of. They said they would put together a write-up for the detailing that you get when they're here. They didn't come through with that. I was a little unsure why they would say that and not follow through. They worked on a leather recliner I have. They did a pretty good job, but there were issues with how they were brushing the coating on it. I could still see some scratches when they were done, but I complained and they gave me $50 off. Overall, they did a good job. There are just some things they need to do better on, like the quality of the work and following through on the paperwork. It took me a good week and a half before I even got ahold of them after I finished the work. They kind of left me hanging. The chair does look better though. more

Blown away at how clean our blinds are! 3/5/2013

Googled and Yelped around and there really weren't too many options in our area. Emailed Cleaners to your Door and got a quick reply. My concern was that they are located in San Jose and we are in Marin County - so wasn't sure they came all the way up here. Informed me not a problem they would just schedule it on a day they were in SF and make it the last appt of the day. Was able to schedule it for a Friday. They arrived early - luckily my wife was home for the day. We've lived in our place for 1 1/2 yrs and the blinds were dirty when we moved in, so we really needed it. Long story short - we thought our blinds were beige but they are actually white! You can see the difference from the street. They came in and took them down, washed and put them back up in a timely manner and we are more than impressed with the results. Definetly recommend as I've cleaned blinds in the past and they always either are difficult to get down or back up and eventually end up bendng a few slats. Plus you can never get into all the nooks. more

Quality service, reasonable price, and done in reasonable time 2/13/2013

We were very happy with the work Cleaners To Your Door did. We had some vertical cloth blinds that dry cleaners said they couldn't handle. So I looked around and this company had good recommendations. I called them up and we negotiated. They came to the house and did the job right there. I didn't need to remove the curtains or anything. There was a lot of cat hair at the bottom of the blinds. My wife thought they couldn't be cleaned. But they did a very nice job cleaning it. They got all the cat hair and dirt out. We were very happy with the result. more
