John's analysis of the root of our water issues (that were many) was the most accurate & honest (I had 3 different pros in my house), and his recommended solution effective. From nigh unusable, smelly water that was absolutely undrinkable, we now have great water for showers and even better water for drinking. Both John and Ted were great to work with, and John seemed to apply himself 100% to solve our issues. Absolutely 5 stars execution from start to finish. more

Too bad the rating system is limited to 5 stars, Clean Water Man deserves more. I had problems for years with my water filtering system. I used Foley's to install and service my system, and although I repeatedly called them to complain about the high level of iron in my water, they never could figure out the issue. On the first visit from Ted Mullen (Clean Water Man), my problems were diagnosed and fixed- just as he promised. I now have perfectly clean water. Ted took the time to explain what the issues were and my options to address them, and then he fixed the problem that day!!!!! Oh, and how about prompt, honest, friendly.Thank you Ted!!! more

The two plumbers from Clean Water Man were extremely courteous and helpful. They went out of their way to answer all our questions, satisfy our needs and communicate with us promptly. They recently completed the job installing a new back-up sump pump. They were very nice to work with, seemed to be very competent in doing the work, and guarantee their work. They even got back to us on a Sunday afternoon when we left them a message for more information. more

They responded very promptly, within 10 minutes of my report, and were on-site within the hour. Gave a quick & professional assessment of the problem, and what I believe was a reasonable quote for the job. The work itself was efficient and clean, and they were also forthcoming with useful information regarding unrelated water treatment questions. more

Very prompt contact (~8:30 AM the next morning after I opened the job). Knowledgable and responsive to our need to have the job completed in a short time. They came and installed a high-quality sump pump replacment by the end of the day. The price was reasonable for the work performed and parts used. Would recommend to other homeowners. more
