Very Consistent cleanning 5/15/2011

With 4 boys, its almost like you have to clean before they can clean, but Yilda and her crew seem to know exactly what to do to make house clean and presentable to any guest. And if you want something special, you just leave a note and they always attend to the special needs requested. more

Great cleaning service 5/15/2011

I've had Yilda and her team cleaning my apartment for 3 years. They're terrific; they keep the place clean and dust-free, no matter how much stuff I leave strewn about the place. They're good, they're friendly, they're fast, they're very competent. Before they started cleaning here, I didn't realize how clean a place could be; it was only after they started that I realized how much cleaning I wasn't doing. I really appreciate their work. more

Excellent House Cleaning 11/15/2010

I've used many different house cleaning companies in San Jose and none of them have been able to meet my expectations like Clean Til Lit Squeaks. They pay very close attention to detail and are always dependable and consistent. more

unethical billing practices 12/8/2009

We hired Clean Til It Squeaks for an apartment turnover and was quoted a price for the work. When they were done with everything and my boyfriend went to inspect it, they tried to practically double the price. Thank goodness he called me. I'm the one who made the original arrangments and was incensed they tried to pull a fast one over us. I immediately drove over and asked why they were trying to charge more. What resulted was a phone call that got nasty and some very unprofessional behavior on behalf of CTIS. I refused to pay a penny more than the quote as we did not request any additional services. I chose them because of their responsiveness, but they were not by any means the cheapest company out there. They are unprofessional and don't honor their quotes. more
