I was very happy that this company got all the stains out. with no problems. they they used non-toxic chemicals to remove all the heavy duty stains out.

I had huge water damage and had a soaking carpet that I knew had to be dealt with if not I would grow mold. And that would be a different story. This company came out and viewed the work that they had to do it took them 30 minutes and they came out an explained to me in detail what would be done to my carpet, how they would handle the water damage and get my carpet dried and looking good. I liked that. It was a way of showing respect towards me. They started the work and got all the water out. Left an overnight fan running. When I woke up the next morning my carpet was dry, clean and it smelled awesome. And was free from mold. more

I had two area rugs that were steamed cleaned and my tile in my kitchen cleaned with a hot water pressure cleaning, I called on a Monday, they came out on a Tuesday, and by Wednesday it was all done. more

The cleaned my carpet and my tile. They steamed cleaned my carpet using good solutions the right ones just for my carpet. they pressured steamed the tile getting all the mildew out! more

Leaving my carpet looking new. The tech came out on time. with a few minutes to spare, He revised what he was going to do. He told me how much it would be , I gave him the ok. and he was off. more
