I contacted Clean Green Wisconsin and they were very responsive. They were pretty good with communication, and it was easy to book the appointment. They came quickly, they were very competent, very, very thorough, and friendly. I have no complaints. They did a great job. They came back a week or so later to do more, and they did a great job then too, so I have been very, very happy. more

So glad I called 11/27/2011

It had been nearly 18 months since I had my older carpet cleaned, so it really needed it, and the result was spectacular! There were some stains that I was just sure wouldn't come out, but with the proces used they did. I'll definitely call again and I won't wait 18 months. more

I was extremely pleased with the professionalism that Eric showed while he was at our house to take care of a pet staining problem on my son's carpet. He answered any questions and reassured us that if the problem wasn't solved the first time he would return to try again. Great Job! more

ok, but ruined carpet and deck stain 9/8/2011

The cleaning job was satisfactory, but the cleaner spilled cleanser on a floor rug (which could have been moved). This stained the rug and it had to be thrown out. The cleaner also dripped a large amount of the cleanser on our back deck stripping the deck of it's stain. My husband will have to resand and then re-stain the deck. The cleaner said nothing about the drips on the rug or the deck at the time of the cleaning. Because of the ruined rug and time/money it will take to fix the deck, the service wasn't worth the money. RESPONSE FROM Clean Green Wisconsin: No contact prior to this post for 30 days? we used 3 gallons of odor remover,deep down in a sofa. never saw rug or patio? I guess you just cant please everone. more

I have already put recommendations out for Clean Great Wisconsin, and I think the price for value was good. What else can I say? They were on time, in fact they were ahead of time, and they did a superior job. It was super! The gentleman that worked here was just very conversational, yet businesslike, and in short, he was good. more

Expected better outcome 8/2/2011

I rate this service outcome as average, could be less. I expected my carpets to look much better than what they do. They really don't look that much different than when I clean them my self. Stains did not come out and high traffic areas really don't look any better and still look dirty. more

My carpets look great. They are the cleanest I can ever remember. I especially like the fact that the products are all organic and non-toxic. That is very important with pets and grandchildren. I also think the price was exceptional and Eric was very personable and knowledgeable. I already have recommended them to friends. Thank you for your excellent service. more

WOW! ERIC'S THE BEST!!! 6/30/2011

Eric just cleaned all the grout around my floor tiles. The heavy traffic areas were the worst. No trace of traffic now. He did a fantastic job. Wish I'd known that he could do this, as we've been here 6 years. He's always done my carpets, & has done beautifully on them for years. He's just the best. Thanks to Eric & Bruce, my house looks brand new. Definitely will recommend cleangreenwi.com to everyone. more

Quick, professional, unbelievable stain removal - SO happy! 6/13/2011

Cannot tell you how thrilled we are with the job that Eric did today! Very professional and we couldn't be happier! We just moved into a house and there were red stains throughout the house - we thought there was no way those stains were coming up.... but Eric got EVERY one of them out!!!! The carpet looks so great! We will not only be using again in the future - will be recommending to anyone that is looking to have their carpets cleaned!! more
