I have been seeing Dr. Budd and Lori McCullough for over two years, and I have never received better healthcare or patient service in my 22 years of adult medical care. Both of these professionals spend more than expected time determining and explaining their diagnosis and their plans of action. They make sure to give individual attention to their patients and stay with you until you fully understand your ailments. They never make you feel like they are talking down to you and make you feel very comfortable. In their care you are always allowed to take part in your treatment plan by being given many options that are well explained and offer the ability to choose the plan that sounds the most suitable to your satisfaction. . Dr. Heidbrier has been my GP for 12 years, and has seen me through a cancer scare, a pregnancy, depression, and weight loss. If you wait a while to get in, it is because he spends as much time as needed with each patient-sometimes this means hours-during which he may come in and out, as he see other patients. I also see Laurie, (8 years), his assistant, who is very thorough, knowledgable and accessible, even after hours. His office staff; however, is grumpy and gruff. Office manager is his wife, so be friendly! If you care more about the Dr. than the waiting room, I recommend Dr. Heidbrier, and have referred several satisfied friends.
