I took my husky here, because she swallowed the part of a pair of reading glasses that holds the glasses on your ear. My husky was coming to me moving her mouth strangely and trying to tell me to do something. She let me put my fingers in her mouth, which she never does, and I couldn't find anything. I took her to this ER, and they took an xray, and they found the tiny screw in her stomach, but not the ear piece. I asked them if they looked in her mouth, and they said yes, so I came home. She was still moving her mouth that strange way, and today I took her to her regular vet, and the vet found the ear piece wedged in between the back of her teeth like a bridge. These people should be ashamed of themselves, and I will never recommend them to anyone. We will be asking for our money back. more

my vet was closed so i had to visit clay-duval clinic i didnt have there fee up front on saturday night my puppy was very sick the vet on duty said it was parvo i told them i would pay when i picked my puppy up on monday morning they told me they couldnt take that risk that i could not have my dog took care of he might not make it till monday thanks for bieng so heartless. im not asking for charity only help for my baby who we love so no you where not helpfull pray he makes it till monday more

RAT POISON CURABLE WITH VIT K! They didn't care enough,.. to listen to my pleas that could have saved my dogs life! My dog, my loving dear friend stopped eating and was wobbly. A local clinic noticed jaundice and sent me here. I asked them to look for rat or other poisoning because of a recent event involving my dog and the death of a neighbors dog. They never did. I told them my neighbor is very angry with him and that they had called and hung up three times blaming my dog for there elderly dogs death when the dogs were both straying inside a neighbors yard and my dog pinned and shook, but never punctured there dog. The man refused to take his dog, clearly in shock, to the vet stating he was too old. When his wife got home hours later she found her beloved pet dying without any medical care. There family was in much pain over the loss of the beloved pet. The entire thing was sudden and witnessed by us and other neighbors and action was taken right away. We separated the dogs. We be more

THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU. They saved my precious dog who got hit by a car. My dog was in the clinic for almost 2 weeks and a doctor called me EVERY day to let me know who she was doing. They explained everything clearly and I felt she was definitely in the BEST hands. more

this place may be clean and the staff may be nice, but when they let your babies die, does that really matter?? they do NOT listen to you and go for the easiest fix! they let me baby boy die because they did NOT listen, and treated him to a blood transfusion instead of addressing the real problem of internal injuries!! he had a bigger dog accidentally jump onto him, and he was only 3#s, the other dog was over 25#s. he was fine until that happened! he did NOT need a blood transfusion for anemia.\r if your animal/baby has anything seriously wrong with them, please try to find another vet! more

This place has now killed 2 of my precious babies. my poor little man, 3 1/2 pounds, they never gave him a chance. \r they didn't listen to me when i told them repeatedly that my baby had been hurt by a larger dog that accidentally jumped off the furniture onto him. instead they did bloodwork and said it was anemia and he needed a transfusion. she said he'd perk right up afterwards, he died right afterwards. they said he had a little blood in his stool, which even told me internal injury. its PATHETIC that these people kill beautiful babies and get away with it! DAMN IT if you don't do it to save animals, don't do it just for the paycheck! $900. for them to kill my baby.. i seriously hope they themselves, (not thier pets) go thru what they put me through! and i pray that their pets always get better vets than what mine did... they only guess at whats wrong with the babies, and that's sooo wrong. I've been asking for his xrays they charged me for, for over 2 weeks now. still no xrays. I more

I would definately recommend this ER to others. We adopted a beautiful baby girl from a shelter only to find out less than 24 hours later that she had 3 types of worms and parvo. When we opted to treat her, we had no idea how expensive it would be...the vets and staff at Bella's ""Nightime Doctor"" as our 3 year old called it, went out of their way to assist in any way they could. They were very professional and honest for the entire time Bella was with us. Despite their efforts and those of her ""Daytime Doctor""; Bella passed away from parvo on Monday July 26th. She spent her days and nights between the vet and the ER, the vet even drove her from one location to another when I started a new job!!!! more

I took my lab/pit bull mix in 2008 after he was suddenly exposed to an unknown toxin. They were compassionate and very thorough in their care and communication with me. This dog was my favorite animal to date and despite losing him, their intervention efforts were worth the money. Tonight I just returned from having my cat treated after he apparently lost a fight to another cat. Everyone from start to finish was again compassionate and the advice given was practical and not based on the bottomline. My cat will be just fine and I have the peace of mind that they are there for my animals. more

I took my 9month old welsh corgi puppy and the nurse was really sweet and showed plenty of compasion, then the vet came in, took my beloved puppy in the back and came back in and deemed nothing was wrong with him, even though there was a huge purpilish mass by his groin. She tried to get us to do X-rays after saying it isnt anything severe, but the xrays were goign to be 512 dollars. So we left feeling a little bit better thinking maybe it was a bruise of some sort like she led us to believe. Took him back to our regular vet today because the mass has gotten larger and it proved to be an intestinal hernia, which could have ruptured at any time of his play periods. All in all if not caught now she couldve costed my wife and I are beloved puppy. I would not reccomend going there by any means more

I just took my 14 week old pit bull to the facility. The facility did not smell of pet feces but instead was very clean and fresh. The receptionist was very kind and we were immediately shown to a room and seen by a technician. It turns out our darling has Parvo so it is costing us 1800 dollars for them to treat her throughout the weekend. Yeah it is a lot of money, but just to know my baby is being taken care of is so worth it. They also accept care credit which is a type of payment plan you apply for on-line. I loved all the staff who were so sweet to our dog. If any of my pets get sick again after hours I will definitely use the clay-Duval emergency pet clinic. more

Just a word of advice.. if you want your pets to live, don't take them to this clinic. I took my puppy to this vet because she was very sick, throwing up, and had diarreah. She was tested for the parvo virus. They told me that she did not have parvo and that they could not do anything else for her. She was still sick so I took her to my family vet. I learned that my puppy did indeed have parvo and this vet sent her home to only suffer and get worse over night. She died from parvo two days later. This is a very poor facility and they are only interested in the money you will be spending there not the well being of your pet. more

This is such a great and clean clinic. Very affordable for the services. The staff is friendly and helpful. Very convienient for me where I live. They specialize in pet emergencies. more
