ribs still had the membrane on them and tasted like the grill, brisket was tuff to eat and no smoke ring on it, price was way to high for this nasty BBQ, the sauce was ok to cover up the taste of the meat, i guess that is what sauce is used for. The blackeye peas where ok, wife had the brisket bark , there was no bark on there brisket
