I had 430$on a layaway which they strongly recommend and I decided to purchase something else with my credit they said no. Its my money I figure I could use it as I pleased,wrong!...

I brought an amp in to be fixed. I specified (in writing) on the work order to be called with the repair estimate before authorizing the repair. Not only did they not call me but when I came in the work had already been done without my approval. Bubba Clawson stated the cost will be $75.00. When asked what was done to the amp all he would say was, ""Haven't the foggiest.""and""That'll be $75.00 dollars."" more

Talented Family and Staff 8/5/2008

I've shopped at Clawson for years, even when they used to be at 5 points. I have never had a bad experience there. Granted sometimes a new employee may need more experience in customer service, however that applies to all businesses. Sounds to me like an impatient customer wanting something for nothing, you must have drank the coffee. Pros: Gifted Family, Great repairs. Cons: Poor location more

I bought many thousands of dollars of music gear from Clawsons Music In Corpus Christi,Texas. I was not happy with my experience.I was lied to and even told to get out of the store at one point.I was told to leave since I had purchased some gear somewhere else other than at Clawsons.I also had eqiptment on consignment there and it was stolen from me while it was at the store.Please do not trust this store to be Cons: many more
