I have tried many salons, Leominster to Worcester, Townsend to Acton, and I have never left a salon feeling like a million bucks as I did when I left the Claw Shop. Many hairdressers try to tell you what you "should do" and do not listen to the client, or they pretend to listen, and do what they want anyway. My hairdresser listened, gave her opinion, gave a great cut, and taught the correct way to maintain the cut. I brought my daughter (adult daughter) there, and she got a hair cut, exactly as she wanted, and left so very, very happy, as she too was always told by her hairdresser "oh you don't want to do that, do this". I will agree with other posts, they should have a more advanced scheduling system, as of now, hairdressers seem independent and book their own appointments. This can get confusing to clients as well as other hairdressers in the salon.
