Classy Clip Grooming Salon

I called to set up a grooming for my 10 yr old RottiegirlArielle who is roughly 75lbs. I understand people are afraid of this breed although they are so sweet as long as they are treated well. When I called they refused to take her. She has never shown the least bit of aggression towards people or animals she is submissive and loves everyone I have 3 kids ages 5, 1, and 3 months and she adores them I also have 2 cats that she did NOT grow up with and she loves them just the same. She is fully trained yet this was not good enough for them. This isn't a regular thing for her but she needs to be groomed on occasion because she sometimes has seizures and when that happens she lays in her own mess until she can stand up again. They are denying an old feeble sweetheart just because of what she looks like. Talk about descrimination. I would think being in an animal business they would know how to handle the, and wouldn't be scared before even meeting the dog. This is a dog that I take to petsmart and plays with everyone there. I took my Bichon-Poo here for the first time today, I have never been so happy with the way my dog looks, how she was treated and how we were treated. These people love dogs and it shows. I have tried several places since I moved to this area and I am looking no more. This is the place to take your dog!!!!! more

We Love Classy Clips!!!! The ladies there are so great! We bought our puppy there and they are amazing! We bring her in every other week for the full treatment! She loves going, comes home happy, looks and smells great! Pam, Jessica & Sandy ALWAYS treat us and our dog right. We wouldn't go anywhere else - nobody else is going to treat us like family they way they do!!! Classy Clips is a must!!! more

I have been taking my silky terrier to Classy Clip Salon for 7 years. I have always been well received and my dog comes back to me looking great and none the worse for wear. The ladies at Classy Clips are good at what they do and that is why they are so busy. Would they be so booked if they treated their clients badly? I don't think so. What is the old adage....You can please some of the people all of the time and all of the people some of the time, but you can't please all of the people all of the time. For me and my silky terrier we are very satisfied with the service Classy Clip Grooming Salon provides and we will continue going as long as they are there...... more

My beautiful black lab had never been to the groomers before this trip. My dog is the friendliest pup ever and usually loves everyone. The second we walked into classy clip grooming salon my dog ran right up to the groomer, who was grumpy and started to yank on my dogs leash to get her to go into the SMALL, EXTREMELY CRAMPED room that they call a grooming salon. It is a CLOSET that they keep about 15 dogs in cages the whole entire day. Instead of being welcoming and friendly to my dog, she was grumpy which led my dog to be extremely nervous and scared. she shoved my dog into the room and told me i could leave. I was so upset that right when I got home I called the salon to make sure my dog was OK. They informed me that she was fine but the WHOLE entire day I was a nervous wreck! My 100+ pound black lab was shoved into a little crate (she NEVER goes in crates) and was expected to sit there all day. Classy clip grooming salon over books their days work having puppys and large dogs sit in crates all day. I dropped my dog off at 10am. I was told to pick her up at 4. I called at 2:30 to see if my dog was done if I could come pick her up early. The lady who answered the phone seemed to be annoyed at me and told me that they hadn't even started working on my dog! 4.5 hours my dog had to sit in a crate for NOTHING!!! Why couldn't I have dropped her off at a later point. I immediately jumped in my car and drove there. When I showed up the manager became very upset that I was early, but I was very nice and said that I would just wait. After an hour and a half of looking at fish, my doggy came running out so happy to see me. The experience was horrible, the worker was unprofessional, rude, and did not show my dog any respect or friendly attitude. No dog would feel comfortable in this atmosphere!
