Needed a detail on my car for a special occasion I was going to be attending. I knew that Classy Chassis could do the job I wanted and it turns out that they were in fact able to. more

I've used Classy Chassis Express quite a few times for different things. Their style of service there makes me happy each time, and that's exactly why I keep choosing to go back. more

One time I took my car to Classy Chassis Express and didn't get all of my floor mats back. I thought the work was pretty good, but one of my floor mats was missing. more

Classy Chassis Express did an interior and exterior detail and it turned out pretty good. We noticed a couple of spots that we had them wipe down once we came to pick up the car and they did it right away. They said that they appreciated our patronage of their business and I thought that was nice. more

Happy with everything on the detail. Only complaint is that they need to spend a little more time on the windows. All three cars have streaks on the windows that I had to clean. more

My car still had mud on it after the wash. Management was rather rude, and a bit young to be "in charge" of anything. Needless to say I left feeling terrible, and definitely will not return. more

I must admit this has brought me back. I was just about to start wallet checking for the fall season (weather/holiday season..etc) when I got the e-mail announcing your fall detail. Terms were great,the website worked excellent I was able to set a date and hold my breathe for good weather (no rain): Your crew were/are great from Greet/Reception/ definitely props to my detailer/s, Made me proud to be a customer:) more

The young man that did the detail on my SUV did a very good job and even after I asked about a couple small areas of concern he took care of it happily. more

I had my p/u truck there for a detail 3. There were several items I feel were not up to the Classy Chasis standards. My truck box was not clean. I was told it would be scrubbed out but it appears to be just sprayed with high press. hose. Dirt/debris left in the corners. The rims were not clean around the lug nut caps. The caps are a chrome cover for the lug nuts and there were not taken off so as to clean the rim around them and nor was the cap itself clean. I paid for having the engine compartment clean and what was clean was only that which could be touched by the attendant. Back in the crevices was still dirty. I specifically as for the door jams to be cleaned both on the door itself and the jamb. It was cleaner but not clean. I showed the attendant upon pickup that I could scrape sticking debris off with my thumbnail he merely said he used 'tar off' and that was the best he could do. I has wished that cleaning the painted areas under the door jambs could have been done. The attendant indicated that they don't normally do those areas. To do that much work with that much effort, I feel if they had gone the extra mile I would have been happy to pay the price I did. more

This was great and timely and will be an annual or by-annual service (do you have a spring detailing special). Easy to schedule, good job done on time. Very happy...recommending to friends. Thanks! more

We've taken both of our vehicles to Classy Chassis Express quite a few times. They are really friendly, great people. The only issue we've ever had is when they miss a few spots, like forgetting to vacuum the back. Overall, though, everything's been really nice. more

Classy Chassis Express is a great place! Everyone on the staff is really friendly and easy to work with. They do what they say they'll do, when they say they'll do it. They go over the work beforehand, then walk me through exactly what was done afterward. more

Classy Chassis did a complete detail on the outside and a cleaning on the inside. They did a very good job. There were a few paint flecks they missed but the owner went over it with me and everything turned out good. more

I've been going to Classy Chassis Express for several years. This is because they get me in right away, always do a good job, and deliver on their promises. I like that I never really have to wait for the service or results. more

My car got all wet inside and had mildew growing. It was pretty bad. I took it into Classy Chassis to get rid of it and they did a real great job. They got rid of the mildew and the smell and everything. They were pretty friendly. I had only gone there because I had called and they told me they could do the job and that I should bring it in and they would tell me how much it would cost. I have had my car washed and detailed there before. The services I received in the past went pretty well. My mom had her car done there too and she had the opposite experience. She's not going back there anymore. It depends on who you get to do your car. The person who did mine did a really good job and even stayed overtime to finish it. The people who did hers only half did her car and she had to have other people finish it. more

I tell people that Classy Chassis Express can bring the dead back to life! It was surprising how good my car looked. John suggested I come back in November to get one more coat of wax, and I definitely plan to do that. more
