I am sincerely warning everyone not to go to Class Tile & Flooring for your business. We had a very small job to do at our place that required some tiles in our entry way an some tiles in our bathroom. Well, we were first missing a box for our entry way and no one seemed to know why we were short a box. When the missing box was re-ordered, the color of the tiles that came was completely wrong. We had to send it back and re-order again. For our bathroom, one of the boxes contained completely different tiles from others. The owner Bruce was not only not accomodating, he kept telling us that it was the marbling. Trust me, it was not the marbling. We ordered very dark brown tiles with large marble patterns. One box was a medium brown with very small marbling. The texture at the bottom of the tiles were even different. We asked that they re-order a new box and the answer we received was ""we have no way of matching your tiles exactly. So, we can't promise anything"". Our contractor ended up driving around town for 2 days and finally finding tiles that matched ours and they were 1/3 of the price that Class Tile had charged us!! We found out later that this happened to many other customers. Please do not go to this place.\r
