If you want a demeaning experience with men who leer at you and call you "hon" then this is the place for you. Oh, and they do have a good selection.

This place, Classic Tile & Marble in Brooklyn is amazing tile and marble store , I've been all over manhattan, queens and Brooklyn to look for Nice Italian Tiles and marbles and but this is the only place that has all in one, very nice helpful knowledgeable staff, good price and good selections. All other tiles shop / stores they either have rude unhelpful staff or overpriced tiles but this place is highly recommended. Their staff were very polite , simple, knowledgeable and patient especially Roger. Try it yourself and you would know what I mean. more

Best Place in Town 1/11/2012

I must confess that each and every time I've visited the Brooklyn showroom Fabio has gone out of his way to assist me with my purchase. Great Selection and Great Customer Service 5/24/2011

I have been a repeat customer at Classic Tile in Brooklyn for a couple of years now. The store has one of the largest selection of tiles I've ever seen. And the staff is great to deal with. I've worked with John L on two large purchases and found him to be knowledgeable, easy going and very helpful. Made helpful recommendations that we ultimately followed.He was always available to take our calls when we had questions about our tile selections and never pressured us to make a sale. Kept us posted regularly on the status of our order(s) and even gave us espresso while we looked around. Would definitely recommend the store to everyone. more

Excellent Customer Service 7/31/2010

I have been to Classic Tile several times for several projects, and have sent others there too. Each experience has been most satisfactory. Joe S. is particularly helpful and willing to guide you through every aspect of Classic Tile's enormous selection of choices. He's knowledgable about the installation process too and will inform you about everything you need to complete your job. There's something for everybody here from modern to truly classic. Classic Tile & Marble 7/26/2010

I found Classic Tile online. They have a great selection and it is all on display. The prices are also reasonable. Delivery was scheduled for the next day and they delivered tiles right to our appartment. They have homestyle customer service (they made me two cups of espresso) and their world class selection. Pros: Great service, best selection, reasonable price. Cons: None more

Great Show Room & Great Service 5/10/2010

I went into Classic Tile & Marble found them on the internet. I was doing over my bathroom & wanted to find a nice Tile to replace what I had. I went to Lowes, Home Depot & believe me they can't even be mentioned in the sentence when it comes to Service, or there showroom. My Wife & I were amazed on the Service we received & after getting what we ordered were happy with the Price. If your looking to Do over your Bathroom, Kithchen or anything with Tile or Marble You should Visit Classic Tile. Pros: Great Service, & Great Prices Cons: None That I can See more

Great bunch of guys 7/2/2007

I had a great experience shopping here.\r They had an absolutely unbelievable selection of tile.\r I was looking for a particular kind, that I found elsewhere for a much higher price. (Silly me, if you want Italian tile you go to an Italian owned place) \r \r The staff is friendly. They answered all my questions, got my wife some great coffee. We were there for a while, going through all the different kinds of tile they had. \r They even gave me a sample to take home and examine in my own setting with my own lighting to make sure the color was right. \r \r I bought two types of tile and some colored grout. One was some great Italian tile and the other was glass tile for an accent. I got the tile and Italian tile and the grout the following week, however the glass tile was backordered for a long time. They offered to refund the money for the glass tile but I decided to keep the order with them, because after checking at all the other retailers locally and online.
