Like the previous commenter - Lester is a good salesman and shows you a large sheet of references. But for anything after getting his payment he hides behind his answering service and does not return phone calls. Also I agree if we were not watching carefully the work that was being done, his workers would have cut corners to do things much simpler. So forget about any sort of warranty support from him. more

It was finally time for a new roof for our home. My wife and I interviewed many contractors for this project. Classic Remodeling came to our home prepared. They showed us proof of insurance, license, hundreds of references and much product literature for different ideas. They answered all of our questions and concerns. We felt comfortable and chose them. They were not the leat expensive but were inthe middle of the prices we heard. Once the project was started it went just like they promised. We got what we payed for. We highly reccomend this company and have used them for other projects since. Pros: null Cons: null more

The Smoothest Experience 8/24/2009

We used Classic Remodeling for our roof a few years ago. The owner was very professional and it was a great experience. When we decided to add on to our house again we called Classic for our siding and additional roof. The owner called us back 20 minutes later and we made an appointment. When he came to our house my wife showed him the siding color that she wanted. It wasn't a color he had on hand but he promised her he would match it. Within 2 days he was back at our house with the sample that matched perfectly. As far as the installation went, it couldn't have been easier. I called them a few days before i needed my roof and he was there on time ready to work. Same thing with the siding. I called Classic when it was time for the siding to go on and he was at my house the morning he promised and within a few days my house was done. DO NOT USE!!!!!!! 8/12/2008

My husband and I used this company to complete our roof, siding, and gutters. The roof is bubbling up after only 2 months of being finished. The owner was never once here to inspect or watch his subcontractors work (he said he would be when we hired him). He also refuses to take any responsibility for anything his workers did not do correctly. His workers left all of their trash (wood, tar, shingles) in our driveway for over 2 months and in the end my husband and I had to clean up the mess. The owner is a smooth talker at first, with lots of paperwork and references, but do not be fooled like we were. Good luck.
