Dear Friends: This buying a pool was supposed to be a sort of achievement in my life--Suzanne, the owner's daughter and Daryl, the service manager made this experience a nightmare. They sold me the bottom of the line equipment: The heater lasted less than 2 years and now needs to be replaced. The filter system is so loud my neighbors complain about the noise. That will cost me another $1000. Their service technicians are just plain incompetent. Last year they ""closed the pool""---over charged me for the sump pump and put a top on that broke/cracked. The water had to be replaced. They charged me over $1500 for that service.
Pros: good customer come on
Cons: sell the bottom of the line equipment at top prices; service in rude and incompetent
