Because of the home warranty program I bought, we were forced to use Pope Plumbing. The job was never done correctly the first time....and that is not an exageration. The last time Pope Plumbing came out to repair a hot water heater, the same heater leaked and caused a couple thousand dollars of damage. After that, I called my own plumber to make repairs. more

Friendly, Imformative, Reasonable 1/20/2012

They sent a plumber to me right away (not a job estimator like ARS sends). Ken looked at the leak and got to work taking the connections apart. (When the ARS guy was here he just looked at it, said PVC connector was broken, wrote me an estimate for $1275!! Said they would have to jack hammer the sidewalk). Ken from Classic found that PVC connector was NOT broken, and leak was caused by threads on connector not having pipe putty sealant on it. Ken put some pipe tape and pipe putty on the connector threads, and was extremely careful reassembling connection. Perfect! Cost me a service call - $105. (Glad I canceled the job with ARS - they were all about charging as much as possible for doing unnecessary work). Ken from Classic Plumbing was very friendly, informative, and extremely competent doing his job. more

Polite & Professional 7/7/2011

I have not used this company yet, but they were polite & professional like another reviewer said. (I needed backflow testing in City of Murphy, which they do not do.) If I do need plumbing service, I will definitely call them back. more

Call Classic Plumbing. 6/14/2010

I would recommend this company to friends and family.\r They are very professional, reliable and effective.\r Customer service is great. They actually answer the phone immediately and are very polite.\r They sent someone to my house the same day, in a matter of an hour or so.\r Jeff did a clean installation of a new faucet. All without a hitch.\r Next time, I'll call Classic Plumbing.\r Many Thanks! more

Anytime we need plumbing done my husband calls Classic Plumbing. They are always very professional and honest and they get the job done promptly. We would refer them to our friends and family. more
