Classic Oak Furniture

I wouldn't have given ANY stars...but thats not an option!! My friends son ordered a bed and mattress from the store in Southaven on 03/08/11, and paid in full. He was told the furniture would be delivered to the store in 4-6wks. He picked up the mattress approx 5 wks later and is still waiting on the bed itself...today is 05/09/11. He went and spoke to the ""owner"" and was told it would be 2 more weeks. When he asked to just get a refund, was told no. I went and spoke to this gentleman to see if I could help out and was given the runaround as well. The ""owner"" said would be 2 wks and by the end of the conversation...was told would be 2-3 wks and that just meant it would be shipped from China then!!! After looking around on the internet...this seems to be an ongoing issue with the company. The BBB shows 16 complaints with most of those being related to this same issue!! ""Owner"" def does not care if he has customers return because it appears he does nothing to try and rectify problems. Would not do business with this person!!! more

They say it takes 10 days to get the furniture in from the warehouse and delivered. It took over a month to get the furniture, and not all of it was delivered. Called back a couple times, and they say they will call the warehouse and find out and call back. They never called back. We called back and they said that they don't know what is going on and don't have any answers for us. We are still waiting on our bed and mattresses to be delivered, the most important part of the things being delivered. Been almost 2 months and still haven't received it, yet they were so ready to take out money in the beginning. Pros: Nice furniture and beds Cons: Very long delivery time more
