We were trying to find someone local and convenient and finally looked up and found Classic Motorsports. I called a friend at work, and he recommended them. We took the car up to them and got good results. It was our first time using them. We were having several problems with our 9 year old car, and I wanted it back in shape for my wife's commute. They took it in, diagnosed it, and cleaned it all up. I think they have the experience with BMWs to take care of it. Their rates are better than the dealer, and their work is just as good or better. more

I just went to Classic Motorsports to get an oil change for my Mercedes and I decided to have a general vehicle inspection as well. It is a new car, so I wanted to have a few things looked at. I felt that they did what I asked them to do. My only complaint is that the report they gave me was pretty vague on some of the issues they found. I would have preferred a more specific breakdown. They made me aware that I had issues that needed addressed down the road, but the report only consisted of about three lines that were not necessarily helpful. more

Classic Motorsports was the closest place to where I lived at the time, which is why I initially decided to use them. I have used them twice now. The first time, they fixed my window, and the second time, my vehicle wouldn't start and they had to replace something. It is easy to work with them. I went in, told them what was wrong and they talked to me and made sure they understood what the problem was. They got the work done fast, faster than I thought. I had a great experience with Classic Motorsports. I was recommended to them by some of my neighbors. Several of the neighbors around me go to Classic Motorsports, and I was going to go to the dealer, but they told me Classic Motorsports is more reasonably priced and easy to get an appointment. I walked in, scheduled an appointment, said they said to bring it on in. They were friendly, got the job done, and gave me back the car clean. They had even washed it for me. It was my first time going there, and I got some routine maintenance done. I had an oil change and filter change; I normally have maintenance done as per the BMW schedule. I highly recommend them. They even have some beautiful Great Danes in their shop. more

I first found Classic Motorsports about one year ago. I had a very rare 1975 Jaguar XJ12C, a little sports coup, which I have since sold. I had spent $9,000 and no one could get it halfway dependable. It might be able to make it home, but then it would have to be towed back. It just cost more and more money. Finally, after trying 3 shops, someone turned me on to Mike at Classic Motorsports. Within 2 weeks that car was 97% perfect. If I had gone to him early on, I could probably have saved myself 10 grand. They are on time, on schedule and on budget. more

I talked to Jake at Classic Motorsports over the phone for some brief questions. I am a BMW owner, and I didn't want to take it to just anybody. He is one of the specialists in the region, and he answered my questions very well. He was also definitely cheaper than the dealer's pricing. I went in and had a second consulting time. He looked very legitimate and knew what he was talking about. He had time available the next day for a 120 thousand mile check up. Jake went through the car and came back to me with his priority list. He recommended that some of the stuff could wait but that some had to be fixed more immediately. We went through all that together. Jake actually gave me some discounts. I'm unemployed because I was laid off recently, so I appreciated the discounts. The overall experience was awesome. It is on a more personal level than the dealer. If you can get the job done with the right parts cheaper and faster than at the dealer, why not? I would recommend Classic Motorsports to anyone who has a BMW. more

Classic Motorsports is the best place I have ever gone in my entire life. I would recommend them to anybody and would put my name behind it. They have picked me up at my home, cleaned my entire car, inside and out, and even washed my engine. If I have a light bulb out, like a signal light, they often replace it for free. Classic Motorsports really has a great bunch of exemplary people. They are stand up, honest guys. They always tell me what my car needs, and I know I can trust them. I have been using Classic Motorsports for about 8 or 9 years because of the great service they provide and, most importantly, their honesty and integrity. I take my car to them for annual maintenance, usually before the winter. They also do any other maintenance for me, from brake work to replacing rocker arms. They have always taken care of whatever needed to be done. One time, they replaced a handle and, when it broke within a certain period of time, they repaired it for me at no extra charge because they saw that it was under warranty. I was very impressed with that. In the last couple of weeks, I have referred 2 of my best friends to them and both were extremely pleased that they used Classic Motorsports. Classic Motorsports put in a new starter, fixed an oil link, put in new shocks, as well as additional service for our vehicle. It was great work and great service, but it was pretty expensive. I think they know what they are doing. They know BMWs, and I am sure they know other imported cars. They really know their BMWs. I have used Classic Motorsports for years. This week they worked on my 1985 BMW 535i. It needed its whole exhaust system renovated, including the catalytic converter and muffler. They did an excellent job. I was back on the road in record time. They did well. The service is excellent and is less expensive than the dealership. They do their best to keep costs as low as possible. more

I have been using Classic Motorsports for a couple of years now. They are convenient for me and they are obviously cheaper than the dealerships. And it is just nice because I was looking for an independent shop that specializes in BMWs, and I like the owner. I feel comfortable with them. They take care of my car anytime I bring it in. If there is an issue, they cover it without a problem. They are knowledgeable about what they do, and they take time to explain what is going on. It has been a great experience. I have taken three BMWs, over the course of thirteen years, to Classic. They have, and continue to be, available, dependable, and well priced. Their technicians do not come and go. They are up to date on the latest problems, and recommended solutions. I will continue to patronize them. more

I have been going to Classic Motorsports for quite a few years. They are usually able to get my car in quickly. They call before they do any major work. The car is done when they say it will be, and when they quote me a price it doesn't change. I have not had any problems. more
