I was extremely disappointed with my interactions with this company. I called them for a quote and was promised someone would come out. No one ever did and when I called back to follow up on it, I was told that the person who had the info was not there. I had mentioned that this was important and had a timeline on it. She promised me a call back and a quote through email. No call, no quote and when again I follow up, no answers. They are extremely difficult to do business with and therefore did not give them my business. It is sad that in this day and age, this business knows nothing about customer service or how to speak to customers on the phone. \r \r A very disappointed customer more

I have been a customer of Classic Lawn and Landscape for over 20 years. I've had my lawn maintained, trees and bushes planted and a ""curb appeal"" package designed for me and my budget by their wonderful designer. I have to add that I first tried to creat some ""Curb Appeal"" by myself, (how hard could it be?) and it was quite a disaster! Bill and his crew came in, fixed the mess I created and quickly gave me a beautiful and affordable landscape that I know will enhance the value of my home when I sell it. \r \r On a personal note, Bill and his wife Bernice are neighbors who are always ready to lend a helping hand in our neighborhood; whether plowing a neighbor out who can't do it themselves or driving someone to the doctor in the middle of the night. A deposit was given for $1000 to Extend a deck. After several failed scam attempts ranging from they don't make the material any longer (which they do, I found it at Home Depot) to the color won't match (which we found a solution for) all their Scam attempts to change our request from extending the deck to replacing it with a BIG BRAND NEW ONE failed. They now have witheld 40% of my deposit for a ""design fee"" that doesn't exist in the contract. There's no deck, no services have been rendered and now the scam is the deposit which they are witholding. If there was a lower rating they earned it......BEWARE!!!
